“Baked with Love, rooted in Nutrition”, Paleoo Bakes was founded in 2019 during COVID-19 as an attempt for people to eat clean and healthily without compromising the taste. It was started by a mother-daughter duo from their home kitchen, and now, it has turned into a full-fledged cloud kitchen with a huge team. A completely new approach to pastry with the help of nutrition being the key element. Four years ago, my mother and I embarked on a journey to create a healthier alternative in the world of baking. Our bakery was born from a shared vision to blend our love for delicious treats with a commitment to health and well-being. With my background in nutrition and experience working with diabetic individuals in hospital and clinic settings, I realized the significant need for desserts that are both nutritious and satisfying. During the challenging times of COVID-19, I found the perfect opportunity to channel my passion and expertise into a new project. With the support of my mother, we developed Paleoo Bakes, a range of healthy desserts designed for those who crave the sweetness of life without compromising their health goals. We aim to cater not only to diabetics but to anyone who values their well-being and loves indulging in desserts. Our vision is to create a community where people can live a better-quality life without giving up on that SUGAR RUSH (not so much).

With a postgraduate degree in Nutrition, Simran pursued her passion in the form of healthy pastry. Being a Nutritionist helped her understand food better and it all comes down in the form of a very nutritious dessert recipe.
