Refund Policy


Given the nature of the products retailed by Paleoo Bakes, all sales shall be considered final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been confirmed and delivered, unless Paleoo Bakes, at its sole discretion, determines otherwise.

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, any complaint regarding quality, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Complaints received beyond this period shall not be entertained. Paleoo Bakes shall not be held liable for any damage, spoilage, or change in product quality arising from improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery has been completed.

In the event an order is cancelled by the customer, and not by Paleoo Bakes, no refund shall be issued if the order is capable of being fulfilled from our end. However, at our sole discretion, a credit note equivalent to the cancelled order value or the value of the cancelled item may be issued. Such credit note shall remain valid for redemption for a period of one month from the date of the original order.

Paleoo Bakes reserves the right to review and decide all refund, replacement, cancellation, and complaint-related matters on a case-by-case basis.
